Solar EnerTech Corp. has appointed Steve M. Ye chief financial officer (CFO) to replace its former CFO, Anthea Chung.
Ye joins Solar EnerTech from Wells Fargo, where he had served as financial controller since September 2006. Previously, he was a global financial planning and analysis manager at General Electric, and prior to that, a financial analyst at ABN AMRO Bank.
