Solar Frontier Supplies 10 MW PV Project In Japan

Tokyo-based thin-film PV module manufacturer Solar Frontier has supplied its copper indium selenide modules for the 10 MW Mt. Komekura solar power plant in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan.

The facility, operated jointly by Yamanashi Prefecture and Tokyo Electric Power Co., began operation last month. According to Solar Frontier, the project will generate approximately 12 GWh of electricity annually.
