Solar Power Inc. (SPI) has entered into a sub-contract agreement to install a 230 kW photovoltaic solar system at San Sevaine Villas, an affordable-housing development located in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
According to SPI, the system will provide approximately 374,770 kWh of electricity production annually, offsetting a significant portion of the complex's common-area electricity costs, including two of the complex's biggest electricity consumers – its large community center and its laundry rooms.
