Under American Solar Electric's Sunny Community discount program, homeowners in the PebbleCreek Community in Goodyear, Ariz., will soon host 180 kW of solar electric power.
The company, which will install the systems, says each homeowner – depending on the system size – will save between $600 and $1,700 on their electricity bills in the first year of system operation. The combined systems are estimated to produce 306,000 kWh of electricity annually.
‘We are excited to kick off the Sunny Community group purchase program in PebbleCreek,’ says Sean Seitz, president of American Solar Electric. ‘It is with this bulk purchase that we can offer group discounts due to increased operating efficiencies.’
