SolarBridge Technologies, a developer of module-integrated PV micro-inverters, has entered volume production of the SolarBridge Pantheon micro-inverter with Celestica in Dongguan, China.
SolarBridge has also opened an office in Shenzen in southern China's Guangdong Province to support manufacturing and operations. Local staff includes manufacturing personnel, test engineering personnel and logistics personnel.
As SolarBridge begins production of its Pantheon micro-inverter, the company says it will leverage a mature supply chain and production infrastructure that already exists for the power supply industry. Production capacity for the Pantheon will increase to over 70 MW by the end of this year.
