SolarCraft has partnered with Friedman's Home Improvement to offer residential and small commercial solar energy systems through an in-store program.
The program will incorporate solar kiosks at the Friedman's Santa Rosa, Sonoma and Ukiah, Calif., locations that feature an educational touch-screen display, informational material and marketing literature. Each location will have an on-site SolarCraft solar energy consultant at least one weekend each month to perform product demonstrations, answer questions and offer free energy-bill usage analyses.
The companies say the partnership will enable Friedman's customers to purchase a complete turnkey solar energy system, with design and installation by SolarCraft, with the same convenience of purchasing any of Friedman's other products.
