Solarcube GmbH, a Germany-based provider of solar mounting products and PV carports, has established Solarcube LLC, a Bridgewater, N.J.-based U.S. subsidiary.
The new subsidiary marks the company's entry into the U.S. market, where Solarcube says it expects to see major installation growth over the next several years.
''Judging by the enthusiastic reception at our U.S. introduction, we are poised to move faster with our expansion and in the planning stages to open a second sales office in California, adding to our existing New Jersey location, establishing our presence in the leading PV markets within the United States,’ adds Panos Bitarchas, CEO of Solarcube.
The company also plans to open an operational office in New York.
