SolFocus has appointed Roberto de Diego Arozamena managing director of SolFocus Europe and Pedro Ladron de Guevara de Echavarria vice president and general manager of the company's tracking systems business division.
As managing director for SolFocus Europe, de Diego Arozamena will lead the company's sales, field operations, M&A and organizational development activities. Most recently, he served with Dica Consultores SL and Goiya Partners SL, where he was a partner. He also served as president of BT Europe, president of sales and service for BT Ignite, and CEO of BT Telecommunicaciones SA.
Ladron de Guevara de Echavarria is responsible for building the business line that provides sun-tracking systems for a variety of solar technologies. He formerly served as chairman and managing director of DTZ Iberica and CEO of global markets at Lend Lease Corp.
