Soltec Energie Rinovabili, the Italy-based subsidiary of the Spain-based multinational Soltec Energias Renovables, has connected a new PV plant in the Puglia region of Italy.
The 1 MW PV plant was sold to an investment fund for 4 million euros. It is composed of Soltec SA Series single-axis trackers, three-phase Soltec TT 10000 inverters and Suntech Power 270/280 W PV modules.
With the completion of this PV plant, Soltec says it now has more than 20 MW of PV power operating in Europe and 25 MW that will be executed before the end of 2011.
