Soltec Renewable Energies and Shikun & Binui Solaria, a subsidiary of Shikun &
Binui Renewable Energies, have agreed to build a 6.7 MW PV installation in southern Israel at the former Timna copper mines location.
The plant will be constructed under the joint venture (JV) that the companies previously created in order to focus on large-scale projects in Israel. The JV has more than 12 MW of solar projects scheduled for this year and next year.
