BASIC Solar USA Inc., an integrated solar power plant development company, has entered a contract to purchase 10 MW of solar modules from 1 SolTech, Inc., based in Richardson, Texas, for BASIC's installations in Bulgaria.
Balmoral Capital Holdings Inc. BVI, an investment banking and financial facilitating company, organized the financing for BASIC Solar. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
Apex Solar Bulgaria, a strategic partner in Bulgaria, is expected to coordinate the building and installation of this plant and others that are now in various stages of development in Bulgaria. This construction is the first phase of a two-year process.
