Solution and System Inc. (SNS), based in Hackensack, N.J., has introduced LETO Solar, a factory franchise service for new entrants in solar manufacturing. The LETO Solar system uses the post-laminate module manufacturing model.
According to the company, LETO Solar provides all of the necessary groundwork for a successful factory, allowing companies to launch their own brand with a fully certified solar panel. The parent company provides a manufacturing system with raw materials, equipment recommendations and certifications, along with support from a team of executives and managers.
The total capital requirement is less than $100,000, SNS says. Monthly PV module output capacities at factories using the LETO Solar system generally range from 1 MW to 5 MW.
