Residential solar installation company Acro Energy Technologies Corp. has named Martin C. Spake its chief financial officer, based in the company's Houston headquarters.
Spake was the vice president responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and strategic planning at Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I). While at CB&I, Spake managed all aspects of the negotiation, due diligence, execution, and integration processes for acquisitions.
Before his time at CB&I, Spake was the director of structured finance, business development and strategic investments for Compaq Computer Corp. Prior to working at Compaq, he worked in financial planning and analysis for Sun Microsystems.
