Spire Corp. has finalized a strategic relationship with Hind High Vacuum Co. Private Ltd. (HHV), based in Bangalore, India. Under the agreement, Spire and HHV plan to cooperate to better address the Indian PV industry by offering a more complete and competitive portfolio of solar manufacturing equipment and service capabilities.
