S Bedford, Mass.-headquartered Spire Corp., a provider of solar energy equipment and systems, has agreed to provide a 15 MW crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) module production line to a new European manufacturer.
According to the company, the production line will allow the manufacturer to enter the PV industry.
‘The demand for photovoltaics continues to expand worldwide with new manufacturers entering the business almost daily,’ comments Roger Little, Spire's chairman and chief executive officer.Â
