Solar Power Partners (SPP), a Mill Valley, Calif.-based company that specializes in power purchase agreements, is opening offices in Southern California and the Northeast and is moving its San Francisco Bay Area headquarters into larger 4,000 square-foot offices. The company has also added to its management team and advanced two key executives within the company.
The company welcomes new vice president of finance, Roger Lerrick; new vice president of regional sales for expanding the East Coast market, Dan Poore; and new in-house counsel, Joe Harn. SPP has promoted Hugh Kuhn to vice president of operations and technology and co-founder Alexander Welczeck to president and CEO. Former CEO Craig Hunt will remain active as co-founder and senior advisor.
"Our expanded management team enhances our in-house expertise and our ability to address the fast-growing market for clean, renewable energy," Welczeck says." With two new regional branch offices planned for the Northeast and Southern California, we will be able to even better address the unique local energy needs of private, public and nonprofit properties."
