Sputnik Engineering AG, a manufacturer of grid-connected solar inverters, has announced that Christoph Biedermann and Dr. Martin Zwyssig have joined the company's management board.
The two new board members bring to Sputnik broad knowledge and many years of management experience in international industrial companies. Zwyssig has served as chief financial officer of international companies including Schaffner Holding AG and Ascom Holding AG. At Sputnik, his work will focus on finances and human resources.
Biedermann, who is currently CEO at ABM Greiffenberger GmbH, is an active member of the management board at Syntegra Solar International AG. Before that, he held executive positions at the ABB group for 14 years and was a consultant with McKinsey for four years. In his new position as board member at Sputnik, he plans to promote the continued expansion of Sputnik Engineering's international orientation.
