SRS Energy, a developer of building-integrated photovoltaic products, says Frederic Klaske has joined the company as senior director of sales and marketing. In this role, Klaske will lead the launch of SRS Energy's Sole Power Tile, which the company says is the first curved solar roof tile designed for integration with profiled clay roof systems.
Most recently, Klaske served as solar systems division manager for Fidelity Roof Co. Prior to this, Klaske founded and grew Sky Power Systems to a $1.5M business in less than three years with no outside investment. Klaske earned a bachelor's degree in biochemical engineering from Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley School of Business.
