Germany-headquartered Steca Elektronik GmbH has debuted the TR A503 TTR U, a solar thermal controller featuring two triac outputs and one relay output. The controller also provides additional functions, such as heat quantity metering, system pressure monitoring, data logging and back-up heating, Steca says.
The product features a compact casing designed to ease integration into solar stations. The controller can also be universally mounted on a wall or top-hat rails.
The controller includes five inputs, two RPM-controllable triac outputs that can also be used as PWM outputs for controlling high-efficiency pumps, and an additional relay output for individual programmability. Data can be stored on a standard Micro-SD card that can be directly plugged into the unit.
