KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. has tapped Steve Schauer as a managing director in its Utility, Power & Renewable Energy Group. He will be based in Boston and report to Andrew Redinger, head of the group.
Prior to joining KeyBanc, Schauer was president and CEO of Westerly Wind LLC, a wind power developer owned by US Renewables Group. Previously, Steve was senior vice president of finance and treasurer at First Wind. He also held financing positions at NextEra Energy, focusing on solar development projects in the Southwest.
