Stiebel Eltron has entered the solar thermal market with components and systems – storage tanks, heat exchangers and flat-plate collector panels – for domestic hot water in commercial and residential applications.
The company says its closed-loop system also includes mounting hardware; a pump station with an expansion tank and various temperature/pressure gauges; pressure relief and check valves; and a controller unit with corresponding sensors.
Stiebel Eltron notes that it offers a five-year warranty on all of its solar equipment.
