The New York office of full-service law firm Day Pitney LLP has hired Michael A. Stosser, an energy attorney with 30 years of experience and a specialist in the areas of renewable and alternative energy.
Stosser specializes in project development and finance, state and federal regulatory matters and legislation. He has practiced in many aspects of the energy industry, including traditional energy and renewable energy.
Stosser joins Day Pitney's expanding energy practice from Ardour Capital Investments, LLC, where he was senior vice president in banking and the company's general counsel. Ardour is an investment bank focused solely on the renewable energy sector and projects.
