SunEdison has signed a deal to license Solaria's manufacturing technology to produce its new line of 400 W solar modules.
SunEdison says its new Zero White Space solar modules reduce the amount of unproductive white space surrounding each cell.
The company says Solaria's automated manufacturing process will get the modules to market much faster than its existing lines.
