California-based solar installer Sungevity Inc. has appointed Ken Schwarz as the company's chief financial officer (CFO).
Prior to joining Sungevity, he served as CFO and senior vice president of information systems at Primus Telecommunications Group Inc., a publicly held international telecommunications firm. Prior to that, Schwarz was president and CFO of Simplexity LLC, a privately owned online seller of wireless communications services.
