Suniva Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of silicon solar cells and modules, has entered agreements with several photovoltaic balance-of-system (BOS) component providers to offer their BOS equipment.
This collaboration with inverter, mounting and battery storage providers will further Suniva's mission to decrease the cost per watt of solar electricity and provide PV solutions for on- and off-grid requirements, according to the company.
Suniva's partners include inverter companies SMA and PowerOne; mounting system providers PanelClaw and Schletter; integrated energy-storage systems provider Silent Power; and advanced storage technology provider GS Battery (USA) Inc.
