Georgia-based Suniva Inc. has supplied its crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules for an 804 kW solar power system at Davidson Auto Group in Watertown, N.Y. The car dealer says the solar arrays complement its electric and hybrid vehicles on offer.
The system, installed by High Peaks Solar of Troy, N.Y., incorporates SMA Sunny Boy inverters and uses Schletter's FS ground-mounting system. It is expected to produce approximately 750 MW of electricity per year.
