Sunvalley Solar Inc., a California-based solar power technology and solar system integration company, has signed an agreement with its partner Baoding TianWei SolarFilms Co. Ltd., a thin-film supplier based in China, to promote thin-film solar power systems in Palm Springs, Thermal City and other cities in the eastern Los Angeles area.
According to Sunvalley Solar, thin-film PV is a good fit for the agricultural locations in these areas, where large amounts of space for installations are available.
