Sunweb Solar, formerly known as Solland Solar, has closed a previously announced acquisition transaction with Spain-based Pufin group and plans to hold an auction to sell its Sunweb technology.
Under the agreement, the Pufin group will become the owner of the trade name Solland Solar and will establish a new legal entity under the old company name. The former Solland Solar Group has changed its name to Sunweb Solar.
An equipment auction is scheduled to occur at the end of March.
