Texas utility El Paso Electric is seeking to prequalify interested parties capable of providing renewable energy services, including the design, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and ownership of a 20 MW solar photovoltaic system.
The solar PV system is expected to be located on land within the Fort Bliss military reservation in the El Paso, Texas area.
