Thompson Technology Industries Inc. (TTi) has released enhancements to its single-axis SUNSEEKER tracker. The company says SUNSEEKER G3.1 maintains and builds upon the technology's key strengths: simple assembly, maximized performance and reliability, low maintenance, and durability.
The latest release offers I-beam support posts that are included with the system (or optional vibra-pile-driven posts), as well as eliminates concrete footings from the installation. The G3.1 features an increased system height (up to 78 inches), enhanced thermal expansion connections for operation in extreme temperatures, an increased wind rating and vibration tolerances, and improved ‘block’ capacity to actuate up to 400 kWp with a single 1.5 HP motor.

Does anyone know where to get support on TTI sunseeker trackers ? the company is gone and in my case the company that installed the 450kwac site is also gone.
I have a tracker stuck east and no way to get passed the password protection to see any faults.
