Trina Solar Ltd. has announced commemoration and completion of a solar system at the Atlantic City Convention Center (ACCC). According to the company, this project is the largest roof-mounted solar array in the U.S.
The ACCC project consists of more than 13,400 modules and provides approximately 2.4 MW at peak capacity. The panels will produce about one-fourth of the building's energy.
‘We are very delighted by the completion of this significant project, which helps to bring clean, green solar energy solutions to Atlantic City,’ states Jifan Gao, Trina Solar's chairman and CEO. ‘We are proud that Trina Solar's modules were selected for this landmark achievement.’
