Trina Solar Ltd., a manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products, has unveiled a three-pronged service offering featuring design services, newly available Honey modules and the Trinamount racking system.
Installers, developers and other customers using Trina Solar modules can now use a complimentary design service that delivers preliminary system layouts and performance estimates for large rooftop installations, the company explains. Upon receipt of a short site survey form, Trina Solar will craft custom-tailored PV installation plans.
Trina Solar adds that its 60-cell Honey module series – which features an output of up to 260 W per module – is now available in North America. By combining Honey modules with the Trinamount system, customers can install Trinamount Honey systems up to 4.5 times faster than typical systems and reduce installation costs by up to 10%, according to the company.
