TSMC Solar Ltd. says that both TUV SUD and UL have certified TSMC's commercial-sized copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS) module at 15.1% module total-area efficiency.
The module was produced using the current manufacturing equipment and materials at the company's production facility in Taichung, Taiwan.
