U.S. Foodservice-Los Angeles in La Mirada, Calif., has activated a 1.15 MW PV installation, which is expected to provide 16% of the facility's annual power needs.
The expected annual output of the array is more than 1.6 GWh. The array, which consists of 4,998 photovoltaic modules, is being leased from Del Solar, a global provider of renewable energy products.
