Viessmann has been awarded OG-300 System Certification from the Solar Rating and Certification Corp. (SRCC) for seven new residential system packages. The packages feature one to three Vitosol 200-F flat-plate solar collectors, as well as single-coil Viessmann or Rheem Solaraide storage tanks.
OG-300 System Certification is required by a number of U.S. state and federal incentive programs and will provide access to additional government funds towards the investment of a residential solar system, the company says.
The Viessmann solar program includes flat-plate and vacuum tube solar collectors, dual- or single-coil DHW storage tanks, pre-fabricated all-in-one pumping stations, a complete line of solar controls, pre-insulated piping systems, mounting hardware and more.
