Vincotech, a supplier of module-based solutions for power electronics, has introduced two new parallel boosters – 900 V and 1200 V – designed for solar and other applications. Both boosters come in Vincotech's standard flow 0 housing.
The 900 V booster features 900 V CoolMOSTM C3 MOSFETs, and the 1200 V booster is equipped with 1200 V high-speed IGBTs. Both boosters benefit from ultrafast 1,200 V SiC boost diodes and bypass diodes with low forward voltage, the company says.
Both models are currently in serial production, and samples are available.
