Quentin T. Kelly has acquired the name of WorldWater & Solar Technologies (WWST) plus the technology, inventory, equipment and patents relating to Mobile MaxPure, a solar water pumping and purification system.
WWST now specializes in proprietary solar-driven water pumping and purification systems, mainly through its Mobile MaxPure technology and product lines.
With the purchase, Kelly assumes the titles of CEO and chairman of WWST as a new private company, incorporated in Delaware. The new company is headquartered in its predecessor company's offices in Pennington, N.J.
