Wurth Solar has introduced ARTLine Invisible, a new type of system for facade integration of its GeneCIS modules. This system, designed for rear-ventilated curtain wall facades with GeneCIS photovoltaic modules, was developed in cooperation with StoVerotec, one of the leading manufacturers of facade systems.
With this system, the GeneCIS modules from Wurth Solar are bonded to a support plate, which is hooked into a substructure. Thus, for the first time ever, the entire substructure is completely concealed, which lends the whole facade a homogenous and refined appearance, according to the company.
In addition, Wurth Solar says it is the world's first company to market colored CIS modules that can be integrated into the facade. In addition to black, modules are available in red, green, yellow, blue and white.
