XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc., an alternative energy and renewable energy solutions company, says the company's name has been changed to Clean Energy Pathways Inc. in order to better reflect its new business model.
‘We are a clean energy company, and the new name reflects our direction,’ says David Poston, chief operating officer of the company. ‘The name change supports the company's entry into the field of solar energy, as well as the purchase of Sunfield Technologies North America Inc., the company's new solar division.’
In conjunction with the name change, the company has launched a new website: www.cleanenergypathways.com. Clean Energy Pathways will continue to trade under the stock symbol"XPGH," until further notice.
