XsunX Inc., an Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based developer of manufacturing systems and cell structures for solar energy, has hired Robert Wendt as the company's new vice president of engineering.
In his new role, Wendt will focus on the management and control of all aspects of scientific operations, including the manufacturing, engineering, product development, facilities and technology departments. He brings over 20 years of scientific research and management services to the company. Prior to joining XsunX, Wendt assisted in the growth and development of Tucson-based Global Solar.
