Xunlight Corp. says it has completed the installation of its first array of large-area flexible solar panels for its first commercial customer. The modules were manufactured in Xunlight's proprietary 25 MW wide-web, roll-to-roll plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition production equipment.
This system, with a peak power output of 10 kW, was installed at the University of Toledo's Scott Park Campus of Energy and Innovation by Xunlight's systems installation team and is feeding power back into the electrical grid.
