Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. has supplied 1 MW of multicrystalline photovoltaic modules to a ground-mounted solar project in Serbia.
The solar project, located in the municipality of Kladovo, was funded by Solaris Energy Ltd. Yingli Green Energy also partnered with Energize d.o.o. as its local representative and project developer Enertec d.o.o.
‘We are witnessing sustainable growth in the Balkans, particularly for commercial and industrial PV projects," says Liansheng Miao, chairman and CEO of Yingli Green Energy. ‘Serbia plans to move forward with making solar PV a pillar of the country's energy mix.’
