Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. has entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Ltd., a PV materials supplier, system integrator, PV power plant investor and operator.
Under the terms of the agreement, Yingli Green Energy and GCL-Poly plan to work across the PV sector, including in research and development and product manufacturing. They will fully cooperate with each other along the PV supply chain.
