Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Yingli Energy Co. Ltd., will supply 220 MW of multicrystalline PV modules to China Power Investment Corp. (CPI) by year-end.
The modules are expected to be used for five solar PV plants developed by CPI in Hebei Province and Qinghai Province, China. Liansheng Miao, chairman and CEO of Yingli Green Energy, says the company is pleased to continue a partnership following a 110 MW delivery of modules in 2011 to CPI subsidiary Huanghe Hydropower.
