The board of directors of enXco, a renewable energy project developer and operator, has appointed Tristan Grimbert CEO and president of the company.
enXco has also promoted key management leaders: Joe Fahrendorf has been promoted to executive vice president, business development; Larry Barr to executive vice president, operations and maintenance; Lisa Carp to vice president, human resources and communications; Scott Nelson to vice president, development operations; and Ross Newlin to vice president, asset management.
Additionally, enXco has hired Paul Kaufman as vice president and general counsel.
