Independent Energy Solutions Inc. (IES), a renewable energy development and design/build firm, has acquired the assets and personnel of E2 Electrical Contractors Inc. Donovan P. Jones, E2's owner, has become IES' director of construction.
‘This cements a close working relationship IES has had with E2 for the past four years,’ says Troy Strand, executive vice president of IES. ‘E2 has been electrical contractor of choice for our major solar electric projects due to the skills and excellence of Donovan Jones and his workforce.’
Founded in 1998, IES is provides turnkey renewable energy systems, including solar electric and hybrid generation systems. It provides design, build, procurement, project management, training and maintenance services.
