Solar Semiconductor has formed a strategic partnership with AS Solar GmbH, a re-seller of solar PV products in Europe. Under the partnership, Solar Semiconductor will supply its modules to AS Solar for the European market. The multi-year agreement is valued at approximately $695 million.
