DEK Solar, a provider of screen printing equipment and processes for solar cell and fuel manufacturing, has appointed Alex Kuo global business director of alternative energy.
Kuo has more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies. In his new role, he will be tasked with setting the future strategic direction for the company through leading and further developing the global sales and distribution teams. He will be based in a new DEK Technology Center to be located in Suzhou, China.
Prior to joining DEK Solar, Kuo was global vice president and general manager for semiconductor assembly equipment manufacturer Kulicke & Soffa. He has also held management positions at DuPont, Ferro and Honeywell.
